Limited edition photography print by Alaskan artist Shane Lamb. Born early to mid-winter, polar bear cubs first emerge from their den between February and April. After a few weeks of life outside of the den, cubs and their mother make their way to the sea ice where food is more accessible. Polar bear cubs usually remain with their mothers for about two years.
